Most of ThunderClan had gathered by now, but Applekit and Swiftkit were being ushered back to the nursery where Blazekit was waiting excitedly to reunite with his littermates. Foxstar looked at the large group of WindClan cats that had pushed themselves into the ThunderClan camp. "Where is Wishingstar?" she called out, wishing to talk to the WindClan leader.

"He is here, Foxstar." Oceanmask called, hearing the ThunderClan's [important] leader's question. Oceanmask had gently set Wishingstar on the ground away from the crowd. She had helped the old tom all the way to ThunderClan camp, but by the time they had made it halfway to the camp Oceanmask had had to sink her teeth into his scruff and almost carry him. "He will be with StarClan soon, won't he Brightpool?" the mottled deputy asked.

Brightpool wasn't too far away from the leader. She closed the short distance between them and bent down to sniff his fur. She gave a slight nod to Oceanmask.
"If you bring him to Rowanblaze's den, you two can work on patching him up when he comes back with his new life." Foxstar said and pointed her tail in the direction of her medicine cat's den. "Oceanmask, if I may have a word with you then."

"Of course, Foxstar, where would you like me?" Oceanmask mewed. She knew Wishingstar had more lives, five more to be exact, but she was scared for him. She tried not to show it.
Rowanblaze was out of his den, going back and forth between each cat and sending the worst ones to one side of the camp, and the ones that didn't need immediate help to the other side. When he heard his name, he stopped what he was doing to walk over to Wishingstar and Brightpool.

"My den, please." Foxstar mewed as she padded across camp and back up to her den where she did important things, like looking important and sleeping for important rest and such. She had an important plan in her head now.
Brightpool nodded her head in greeting to Rowanblaze. "Wishingstar is losing a life. He has some pretty bad wounds, which we should see to once he comes around again." she explained to him, though he probably already figured as much. "Thistlewhisker-- watch Wishingstar and alert me and Rowanblaze when he comes to." she said then stood up. "I'll help you see to the other cats until then, if that's alright." she said turning her attention back to Rowanblaze.

Oceanmask followed Foxstar into her important looking den. She wished she was as important as Foxstar. "Thank you for not chasing us out, Foxstar." Oceanmask mewed as they entered the den.
Rowanblaze nodded his head. He pointed to a group of cats with his tail and said, "Those cats look the worst. We can't keep them all in my den. I already have Gingerclaw in there, and Wishingstar will need to go there too. For now we can look them over and heal them. With the two of us and Briarpaw, wherever she's gone off too, we can heal more cats."

"WindClan has done nothing to wrong ThunderClan." Foxsar meowed, nodding her head. "But those rogues have wronged us both. And we're not going to let them get away with it." she started, "We will let them think they've one for now, but once both our Clan's regain their strength we will knock them down."
Briarpaw padded into earshot right as her name was spoken in Rowanblaze's and Brightpool's conversation. "I'm here." she mewed around a mouthful of marigold. Briarpaw and her marigold. She loves that stuff. It's the answer to life.

"Yes, I think that sounds like a good plan," Oceanmask responded, "But I will have to talk it over with Wishingstar once he recovers. I'm certain he will agree though. We have lost our home and owe ThunderClan a favor."
"Good, you've already started." Rowanblaze purred. He moved away to help the first patient.

"Of course. I'm sure Wishingstar will be right back up to his original strength very soon. As with the rest of your Clan." Foxstar said, with another [important] nod of the head.

"Yes," Oceanmask said, nodding her head less importantly, "Thank you very much, Foxstar."
Speaking of Wishingstar, the white tom was currently starting to twitch. His tail twitched lightly, his paws did a little twitch, then he opened his eyes. He looked around before closing his eyes once again. He recognized ThunderClan scent. His Clan was safe.

Thistlewhisker noticed the WindClan leader twitching. "Brightpool!" he called out, getting up and padding forward a bit in the direction his medicine cat was in. "Wishingstar is waking up." he said as the white she-cat bounded towards him.
Brightpool was now carrying some of Briarpaw's precious marigold as she trotted over to where Wishingstar was laying. "Thank you, Thistlewhisker," she mewed around the herbs, "You may go now." she said and watched the tom nod and walk away. She started to chew up the marigold and apply it to where his wounds were the worst.

"Brightpool," Wishingstar groaned as he scented the shecat coming near him, "How is the rest of the Clan?" He didn't want to be treated if the other cats weren't treated, but he knew it would just lead to a pointless argument.

"Rowanblaze and Briarpaw are tending to the cats. And once I finish up with you, I will help too so don't fuss about it." Brightpool said, spreading out more of the poultice on Wishingstar's wounds.

"I won't, Brightpool, I won't." Wishingstar laughed. His laugh ended up turning into a cough though.
"Wishingstar! Is he alright?" Oceanmask asked as she walked up.

"He'll be fine." Brightpool assured Oceanmask. Most of the bleeding had stopped by now, so she felt no need to put cobwebs on the wounds. But she picked up a small leaf with poppy seeds and picked out one for the leader. "Take that, and I'll move on." she said.
