Foxstar emerged from her den importantly and sat on the edge of the highledge. Or maybe she was below it so Ivorypaw could touch her nose to her shoulder. Please tell me where my cat is standing.

Foxstar is importantly standing on the high ledge until she gives Ivorypaw her warrior name, when she jumps down.

Smokesong arrived in the clearing to get trampled by his many kits. What a pimp.

Gingerclaw happily plodded up, because her apprentice was going to be a warrior today!

"Ivorypaw, please come forth." Foxstar meowed importantly understanding what she was to be doing now. Once the she-cat was in place beneath her, she called out to her mentor, "Gingerclaw, are you satisfied that this apprentice is ready to become a warrior?"

"Yes, I am Foxstar." Gingerclaw replied, much less importantly than her leader.

She was happy that Ivorypaw was on her way to becoming a warrior! She had gotten injured during the apprentices training, but she had obviously kept up on her work while her mentor was out.

Foxstar nodded importantly and turned back to Ivorypaw. "Then, I, Foxstar (the super important) leader of ThunderClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down upon this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend her to you as a warrior in her turn." she meowed the familiar words, and leaped down from the highledge. " Ivorypaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and defend this clan, even at the cost of your life?"

Ivorypaw nodded her head less importantly than Foxstar. "I do."

"Then by the powers of Starclan I give you your warrior name. Ivorypaw, from now on, you will be known as Ivorylight. ThunderClan welcomes you as a full warrior." Foxstar finished up the last of the ceremonial words.

Ivorylight nodded and touched her nose to Foxstar's important shoulder.

Willow's morethanhalf of ThunderClan called out the new warriors name, "Ivorylight! Ivorylight!"

"Ivorylight! Ivorylight!" Crystal's ThunderClan cats called out, Gingerclaw the loudest. It was about time Ivorypaw became a warrior.
