Seeing Dustcloud, as if on cue with his thoughts, he sighed and got up. He wandered over to Dustcloud, and seeing her alone mewed, "Are you alright?"
He was a caring cat, even though he was a rogue.

Dustcloud had eventually ended up believing that Demyx really liked her and was very disappointed when he fled the scene of the RAPE. She was surprised when Axel came up to her, acting friendly. Was he being a bitch too? Nah, he wasn't the bitchy one. Well, not that kind of bitchy. You know. "Yes, I'm okay.."

[amaterasu]

"You know, he had planned to leave the moment he got captured. It's not your fault." Axel mewed, trying to comfort the she-cat and showing what he knew at the same time.

"He wouldn't have been a good father to the kits anyway. You're better off by yourself."

[J I N G O]

Dustcloud blinked thankfully at the reddish brown tom. She didn't mind Axel. He didn't seem to be like the other rogues. "Thank you, Axel." she said, cheering up and feeling a lot better instantly.

Foxstar watched the conversation going on between Axel and Dustcloud, with piqued interest and curiosity. Dustcloud mated with Demyx. she noted before studying the two cats some more. It seemed like Axel was being a NICE cat. But was he FO SHIZ?

"Mm-hm." Axel mewed nonchalantly. He picked his paw up and started to lick it. It was a nice day out, but something told him rain was coming. After that the chill of leafbare would be upon them.
He noticed Foxstar out of the corner of his eyes, but didn't bother to acknowledge that she had been listening to their conversation.

"Your kits have gotten big. It's hard to believe it's been that long." Axel commented for lack of conversation, still cleaning himself as he spoke.

Dustcloud stiffened a bit at the comment, but remembered that Axel had let her be with her kits peacefully on that day that they had tried to rescue the stolen kits. So she relaxed again before mewing, "Yes, I know. It won't be long before they're warriors."

Axel nodded his head. Clan life interested him. He just thought it was funny, how they all took up weird names and went about doing things. They were odd.

Axel put his paw back down, looked up at the sky and mewed, "It's going to rain. I'm going to get out of it."
He walked away without saying anything more. He climbed up to the highledge and made his way to his nest before curling up.

Dustcloud nodded and turned back to take refuge in the nursery.

Before Foxstar went up to her den, she grabbed a squirrel and a vole from the fresh kill pile. She climbed up the highledge and into her den where she saw Axel. "Hello. Have you eaten yet? I brought you some fresh kill."

"Oh, I guess I haven't." Axel said, slowly lifting his head and blinking open his eyes.
He took whatever it was that was offered to him and slowly chewed it up. He looked out of the den and said, "You grabbed them before they got soggy."
It was raining outside, and quite heavily at that.

Foxstar turned and saw that he was right. It was an absolute downpour outside. She turned her attention back to Axel, "Yeah, I guess I did." she mewed and took a bite of her vole. Now she had company in her den. yay!

Axel flicked his tail to acknowledge that he had heard the she-cat. Then he curled back up in his nest and closed his eyes. He absolutely hated the rain, but Foxstar had been right: it was warm in this den. Luckily the apprentices got the moss before it got damp.

Foxstar wasn't very tired, so instead she laid down in her nest with her head on her paws and stared out of the mouth of her den, looking at the rain as it poured down onto the camp. She shifted her position a lot before eventually, she got bored of watching the rain. She rolled over onto her back and looked at the top of her den instead. Hmm. yes. very interesting.

Axel stood up and walked over to Foxstar. He mounted her and then sexed her.
