Flameshadow walked over to where Lightbreeze was with a blackbird and a squirrel. He dropped them on the ground and scraped earth over his catch as he said to Lightbreeze, "Prey is running well today."

"Yes. That;s good, since WindClan is here also." Lightbreeze mewed.

She caught the scent of rabbit and was quickly in her hunters crouch. She stalked forward carefully, then jumped at the rabbit. The rabbit fled before she hit it, and when she hit the ground, the ground underneath her collapsed and she fell into the ground. Pitfall!
"Help!" she cried as dirt and mud started to fall into the hole she was in. She tried to climb up the sides of the hole, but she could barely see where she was.

Flameshadow's optimistic and laid back mood was swept away at Lightbreeze's call for help. He had turned away to go look for more prey when her voice rang out. He was at her side in an instant, and quickly reached down and grabbed the scruff of her neck and pulled her out of the hole.

Lightbreeze felt a tug on her neck-scruff, and she was suddenly pulled up. She stopped flailing her paws and let the cat, whom she guessed was Flameshadow, pull her.

When she was out, she pulled away from the tom and started to wash ehr pelt, cleaning off the dirt on her face so she could see.
"Thank you, Flameshadow," she mewed, "You saved my life."

Flameshadow shrugged his shoulders once more (DAMN HE WAS GOOD AT THAT. Almost as good as Foxstar and her importantness.) "It was nothing." he mewed, his ears turning hot.

"Well...thank you anyway." Lightbreeze said. Her eyes shone with respect and something else...affection?
She had never really noticed how amazing Flameshadow was until right about now.

Flameshadow let out a purr. He was glad that Lightbreeze APPRECIATED his (amazingness) act of kindness. Maybe he could impregnate her. NAAAHHH he wanted to LOVE her. And impregnate her. In. That. Order.

"Let's go back to camp. Rowanblaze should probably make sure I'm not hurt, and Gingerclaw is probably lonely unless Wishingstar woke up." Lightbreeze announced.
She walked over to Flameshadow, rubber her nose against his muzzle, then picked up her prey and walked back toward camp.

Flameshadow nodded. He picked up his own prey and followed Lightbreeze into the camp. All the while, he thought about SEXING HER. (JUST KIDDING.)

Lightbreeze put her prey down on the fresh kill pile, then trotted over to the medicine cats den to see her best friend.
"Gingerclaw!" she purred.
"Shh, Wishingstar's still sleeping!" the ginger and white cat complained.
"Sorry, I just came to see Rowanblaze. I fell in a hole, and Flameshadow had to save me." she explained.

Flameshadow followed Lightbreeze into the medicine cats den. He saw Wishingstar was still sleeping, and Gingerclaw and Lightbreeze started talking right away. When he heard his name, he looked up from the WindClan leader and at the two she-cats. Pfft. He didn't know what just happened.

[amaterasu]

"Sounds like you two are getting along great!" Gingerclaw purred, laughing a little.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Lightbreeze asked defensively.

"Nothing." Gingerclaw mewed, amused.

Then another cat stepped into the den. His pelt was starting to bristle as he saw all the cats in his den. He was obviously not in a good mood.

"Can I do something for you two, or have you just come in to disturb my patients?" Rowanblaze asked.

"We're sorry, Rowanblaze!" Lightbreeze meowed quickly, "I fell in a hole, and I wanted you to check me over to make sure I'm alright."

Rowanblaze nodded his head and stepped forward. He sniffed for any scent of blood, then picked through her fur a little bit.

"Ache anywhere?" he asked.

"All over, but nothing serious." Lightbreeze laughed.

"Well, clean your pelt and come back tonight. I'll give you some poppy seeds before you sleep." Rowanblaze commanded.

Lightbreeze nodded her head and purred, "Thank you, Rowanblaze."

"Guess what Rowanblaze!" Gingerclaw announced, "There's going to be more ThunderClan kits soon! Lightbreeze and Flameshadow will make sure of that!"

Lightbreeze was shocked by her friend's sudden outburst. She was speechless.

The white tom next to Gingerclaw started to stir.

"Now look what you've done!" Rowanblaze whispered, "You've woken up the WindClan leader! He needs his sleep!"
Turning on Flameshadow and Lightbreeze he said, "Out!"

Lightbreeze turned and fled the den, not stopping until she got into the middle of the clearing.

Flameshadow followed Lightbreeze as she ran out of the den. He stopped when she did, his ears still hot from embarrassment at Gingerclaw's comment. He was speechless too. So he didn't speak.

"I'm so scared of Rowanblaze when he's upset." Lightbreeze said, seeing Flameshadow next to her, "I feel bad for Gingerclaw being stuck in there with him."
Yes, she was just scared of Rowanblaze. She really wasn't too upset about Gingerclaw's kits comment.

"Yeah," Flameshadow mewed, "I feel pretty bad for his apprentice. Poor Briarpaw. Think of how much she must get scolded." he pointed out. That poor Black apprentice. It was because she was BLACK..
